Work Description:
Four Seasons Hotel Park lane is due to open by the end of 2010. The Hotel will have 192 rooms and suites, Amaranto Restaurant, Bar and lounge, 10,000 square feet of banqueting space and the spa of all spas with a unique roof top location for a world class spa environment.
ATE have provided a wide range of passive fire installations on this very difficult to deliver project consisting of Promat L500 gas pipe enclosure encasements, 60/ 120 minutes, International paints and Nullifire intumescent coatings to structural steelwork, firetherm fire barriers to all 11 floors, through compartment walls and structural slab, Promat Vermiculux fire board protection to ground and 1st floor structural steelwork.
Plus a varying type of pipe collar closers to pvc pipe work in different situations, altogether a difficult project made easier by our Site teams commitment to deliver on all aspects of the project.
