After Care and Maintenance
It doesn’t end when the project is completed. A vital part of our business is the unrivalled aftercare service we provide.
Issues can arise that require our ongoing attention and it is imperative that our installations are maintained to a high standard so any repairs require immediate attention. We take a proactive approach, checking in with our clients, inviting them to raise any concerns. We understand that this is your workplace and approach all aftercare issues with the utmost sensitivity.
Long term relationships and retained business, on both client and trade side, is testament to our continued commitment to outstanding workmanship long after we’ve left the site.
Our quality of work along with our tireless efforts to deliver on every project only reinforces our position in the industry as a preferred contractor. Much of our work is on an envied repeat business order book.
A register of competent employees is maintained for each certified company, which is regularly reviewed to ensure that the company maintains a competent workforce whose abilities remain current with the work scope the company provides.
Once certified, all FIRAS registered installer companies are subject to ongoing random inspection of their installation work on ongoing contracts along with an annual audit of their office systems by FIRAS Inspectors to ensure that compliance with FIRAS scheme requirements is maintained.
